RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Ashton & Co. prides itself in delivering premium affordable Watches, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns with certain conditions as listed below:

FAULTY, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If the item you want to return is faulty, incorrect or damaged upon opening the package, please raise a Returns Request here or email us at support@ashtonandcompany.com, using your order number in the subject section of the email and ensure you explain your reason for the return. We’ll arrange for either an exchange or refund upon the return of the item to our warehouse as long as the item you are returning is in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be sent back to us within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. We may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

Ashton & Co. will cover the costs of the return shipping for faulty, incorrect items or damaged items being delivered. Once the Returns Request is raised we will arrange for a return shipping label to be sent out to you.

Refunds will be returned either via Paypal or the Credit/Debit card used for the original purchase, and will generally take 15 days.

RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS

If you’ve ordered an item and change your mind once it arrives, this is ok, it happens and Ashton & Co. will either do a store credit or exchange, as long as the item you are returning comes back to us in its original packaging without any faults or damages and in a as new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be incurred for returning any unwanted items. The item must be sent back to us within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. We may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

Return shipping charges is the customer's responsibility when returning an unwanted item.

If your return does not adhere to the above requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

WARRANTY

Your watch is covered by our 2 Year International Manufacturer's Warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands. In other words, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.

However, this does not cover any abuse or physical damage inflicted on the watch. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Please note that leather straps are not waterproof although the watch is water resistant (ratings specified on each product page).

If the product is returned during the warranty period, Ashton & Co. will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product. 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt with the purchase e-mail and complete the warranty registration card details that comes with your watch.
