ARE ASHTON AND CO. WATCHES WATERPROOF?

Our Ashton & Co. watches are certified 5 ATM water-resistant, which means that it is safe from splashes of water and safe from the rain. To prolong your watch’s lifespan, we do recommend removing it before swimming, showering or bathing and avoid getting any leather straps wet at all. It’s is strongly advised to take off your watch before entering a steam room or a sauna.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES AND DESTINATIONS?

Within Australia delivery can take between 1 - 3 business days, whilst Internationally can take between 5 - 6 business days depending on your location and proximity to a major city.

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping and will deliver right to your door no matter where you live (Excluding Russia due to customs restrictions). For more information please visit our Shipping page here.

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE!

We provide customers end-to-end tracking at no additional cost dependant on shipping method, allowing you to easily monitor and locate your package on official websites such as AUS POST, DHL, FEDEX, EMS, USPS, or China Post.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

 

CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact our customer care team on support@ashtonandcompany.com as soon as possible to change or cancel your order, however if your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to change or cancel orders.

 

WHAT IF MY WATCH GETS DAMAGED?

Please contact our customer service with information about what has happened to your watch along with your order number. We will examine your request and contact you with further information.

We offer a 2 Year International Manufacturer's Warranty on all our watches, but it does not cover damage caused by water or normal wear and tear. For more information about the rules for the guarantee, please visit our Warranty section here.

 

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES!

Ashton & Co. is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government or country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost.

For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

WHERE ARE OUR WATCHES DESIGNED?

We are located on the sunny Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia. So we our 100% proudly Australian owned and operated. All of our watch designs are created locally here in Sydney.

We also ship all our packages direct from our warehouse in Sydney, so you can trust that you will receive what you have ordered.
